      RYE MINT JULEP

      Cocktail Recipe

      2 1/2 oz. rye whiskey

      2 sugar cubes OR 1/2 oz. simple syrup

      4-5 mint sprigs

      Additional mint for garnish
      Place mint and sugar or simple syrup into julep cup. Muddle until sugar dissolves. Add rye whiskey. Fill with crushed ice and stir. Garnish with mint sprig.

      1 oz. Veil Vanilla Vodka

      1 oz. Catch Fire Cinnamon Whisky

      1/2 oz. Sweet Retreat Apple Pie Liqueur

      2 oz. Fever Tree Ginger Ale

      Apple slice and lime wheel, for garnish
      Combine Veil Vanilla Vodka, Catch Fire Cinnamon Whisky, and Sweet Retreat Apple Pie Liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Decant into an ice filled glass and top with Fever Tree Ginger Ale. Stir well. Garnish with an apple slice and lime wheel. Cheers!
